Recently, our company’s rainwater PP module project for the Shanghai Smart Terminal Manufacturing Jinqiao Park has been successfully implemented. The installation and commissioning have been fully completed, and the system is officially in operation. Injecting new momentum into the park’s high-quality development through green and environmentally friendly technologies, the project supports Shanghai’s sponge city construction and the ecological upgrading of industrial parks.
Located in the Nanhui Industrial Park of Pudong New Area, the Shanghai Smart Terminal Manufacturing Jinqiao Park is a key industrial park focused on the smart terminal industry, planned to build a high-end manufacturing industrial cluster. The introduction of the rainwater PP module system aims to solve rainwater management challenges in the park and achieve a win-win situation for efficient water resource utilization and ecological environmental protection.
As a original manufacturer of rainwater PP modules, our company has provided a customized rainwater harvesting and utilization solution for the park with mature product technologies and extensive project experience. The rainwater PP modules deployed this time adopt high-strength polypropylene material, featuring light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. With a modular assembly design, construction is convenient and efficient, shortening the construction period by more than 50% compared with traditional concrete reservoirs.
This system can efficiently collect rainwater from park roofs, roads and green spaces, realizing storage and reuse after filtration treatment. It can effectively reduce stormwater runoff and lower urban waterlogging risks. Meanwhile, recycled rainwater is used for park greening irrigation, road washing and other purposes, alleviating water resource shortages and conforming to the development concept of a water-saving society.
