The YYRH-MR product line, manufactured by Yingyuan, is a comprehensive suite of modular polypropylene (PP) stormwater attenuation geocellular crates. These interlocking
underground modules assemble into subsurface basins for stormwater detention, infiltration, and harvesting. The series encompasses four primary models (1000-HD, 1000-EW

The YYRH-MR modules have been tested at -40°C in CABR's climate chambers. Material impact strength remains compliant with ISO 179-1:2010. For projects in cold regions, we recommend standard installation practices plus 3% additional backfill compaction to offset potential thermal contraction. Our engineering team can provide region-specific installation guidelines for extreme cold conditions.

What is the chemical corrosion resistance of the modules? Can they be used for industrial wastewater or corrosive groundwater environments?

The YYRH-MR modules are manufactured from virgin or recycled polypropylene (PP), with a pH resistance range of 4-10. They exhibit good chemical inertness to common soil chemicals and weak acid/alkali wastewater. However, high-concentration organic solvents or strong acid/alkali environments (pH<4 or pH>10) require special evaluation. Please provide a water quality report for review.

Can the 1200-EW's 45T rating meet China's fire truck access requirements for residential communities?

This requires case-by-case evaluation. China's fire truck load is typically considered as 35T (single axle 14T). The 45T ULS value can theoretically satisfy this, but the safety factor must be verified based on actual cover depth and pavement structure layers. Please provide your burial depth and road structure details, and we can assist with load verification.

Do you provide independent third-party structural calculation reports for design institute approval?

Yes. We provide original full-scale test reports (including vertical/lateral failure, cyclic loading, and creep curves) issued by CABR-BETC, which can support structural verification by the design institute. For large-scale projects, we can provide complete calculation documents based on EN 17152-1, covering both Ultimate Limit State (ULS) and Serviceability Limit State (SLS).

How does your module resist settlement in saturated soft soil conditions?

The YYRH-MR series uses molecularly modified PP material with optimized topological structure. Its creep resistance has been validated by CABR's 50-year creep test. For saturated soft soil conditions, we recommend a graded crushed stone base course with geogrid reinforcement. Our engineering department can provide site-specific ground improvement recommendations.
